    I got swollen gum in the third molar/wisdom tooth. Before swollen there was a cavity and it was filled up by the dentist three/four years back. Few months back I felt pain on the filled in molar and after the pain subside few weeks back, I felt this swollen gum. Please tell me is this the sign of oral cancer ?
